1. Services Provided

Arc Fencing Academy LLC provides the following services:

Virtual coaching via Zoom

Video feedback and analysis

Online fencing-related educational courses

Registration for in-person fencing camps and events

These services are subject to change at our sole discretion.

1a. Minors and Coaching Sessions

For all coaching sessions conducted via Zoom, students under the age of 18 must have a parent or legal guardian present on the call. This is a condition of service and ensures the safety and support of all participants.

2. Payments

All payments made through our website are processed securely via PayPal or Stripe. Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.

3. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Virtual Coaching Sessions:
Clients may cancel a virtual coaching session for a full refund as long as the cancellation is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. If a session is canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, no refund will be issued. Clients may reschedule sessions with reasonable advance notice.

Coaching Packages:
If a client purchased a package of multiple virtual coaching sessions, a prorated refund will be provided based on the number of sessions already used, as long as the cancellation is requested at least 24 hours before the next scheduled session.

All Other Products or Services:
Refund policies for other offerings—such as video feedback, online courses, and in-person camps—will be specified in the terms and conditions provided for each specific product or service. Unless otherwise stated, these purchases are non-refundable.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, including but not limited to videos, written materials, graphics, and logos, are the property of Arc Fencing Academy LLC or used under license. Content may not be copied, recorded, distributed, or downloaded unless explicitly permitted in writing by Arc Fencing Academy LLC.

5. Use of Website

Users may access our site without creating an account. You agree to use the site for lawful purposes only and not to disrupt the functioning of the site or engage in any activity that may harm our services or other users.

6. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer

Important Notice Regarding Physical Training

Participation in fencing and any related physical training involves inherent risks, including the risk of injury. By using any of our services—whether online or in person—you acknowledge and agree that:

Arc Fencing Academy LLC, its coaches, contractors, and affiliates are not responsible for any injury, health condition, or damage that may occur as a result of your participation.

You should consult your physician before beginning any physical activity or training regimen.

Arc Fencing Academy LLC disclaims all liability for any injuries sustained while participating in any activity related to our services.

We reserve the right to update or change these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with the updated effective date.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Connecticut, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
