Arc Fencing Academy LLC provides coaching and training services that may include participants under the age of 13. In accordance with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), we must obtain verifiable parental consent before collecting, using, or storing any personal information from children under 13.

• Zoom usernames or profile names

• Email address (for login or delivery of services)

• Schedule or conduct sessions

• Deliver personalized feedback

• Communicate with parents or guardians

We do not share, sell, or publicly post your child’s information. All data is kept secure and used only for the purposes outlined above.
